  • Add Flake8 RST select
  • Add Dependabot /docs scan
  • Add /docs requirements and RSTs
  • Add Docs session on tests workflow and upload
  • Add Readthedocs config
  • Update licence to RST
  • Add xdoctest, sphinx and sphinx-autobuild as dev dependencies
  • Add documentation to pyproject
