Summary

• remove the incorrect claim that the plain-JSON Cytoscape converter requires the cytoscape runtime
• clarify that cytoscape is only needed when consumers pass converted data to Cytoscape.js
• add a symbolic source reference for the dependency statement

Validation

• full test run (3,369 tests)
• focused Cytoscape converter tests (13 tests)
• pnpm build
• confirmed the converter bundle has no runtime cytoscape import
• local-link scan and git diff --check
