This changes the structure of this repo so that it stays composer required, which would allow it to be updated.

This starter kit repo is essentially now an addon. All the views, js, css, etc live in the package.
The starter kit will install base css/js files which will require the ones from the package. If we need to update some js, we can do it in this repo, and then users can run
composer update && npm run buildto get the latest.
