Save Button Grayed Out #14010

Bug description
I've had this bug happen multiple times, but I don't have exact reproduction steps. However, sometimes, after writing an article, the Save button is disabled. There's no way to re-enable it, and we simply need to copy and paste the content into a new tab and new Entry.
