Ctrl + K brings up multiple panels

Bug description

On a Windows computer, Ctrl + K is bringing up multiple panels. It brings up the link dialog in a Bard field, but it also brings up the Statamic Jump To menu.

We can make them unique hot keys?

How to reproduce

Go to a bard field on Windows and press Ctrl + K
