- add PATCH units/update-many,
- add PATCH units/{unitId} endpoint
- add `hasBeenDelivered` property to weekly and realtime schedule responses
- add tags query param filter for GET /units endpoint
- add weekly and realtime schedules to GET units/{unitId} response
- add ability to expand weekly and realtime schedules in GET /units endpoint
- add ability to shift weekly schedules returned in the GET /units and GET /units/{unitId} endpoints
