DoD:S - Bots score points for revenge even when ignore bots is set in admin settings

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to admin settings
2. Edit server and select 'ignore bots'
3. Get a domination on a bot
4. Let bot kill you
5. Bot gets points and Revenge is printed to screen

Expected behavior
bot shouldn't get points and Revenge shouldn't be printed to screen
