[BUG] Spelling error in "reogranize" method

## Describe the bug

There is a misspelling of the method name "reogranize" in the codebase. This error was found in both the collaborative_storm/engine.py and dataclass.py files.

## Additional Information

This bug was addressed in PR #321, which includes a fix for the spelling error and also makes minor improvements related to Encoder and CoStormRunner functionalities.
