scipy warning

/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/scipy/__init__.py:146: UserWarning: A NumPy version >=1.17.3 and <1.25.0 is required for this version of SciPy (detected version 1.26.4

To Reproduce
run run_storm_wiki_ollama.py or run_storm_wiki_ollama_with_searxng.py

The fix for me was to upgrade scipy

pip3 install scipy --upgrade
Defaulting to user installation because normal site-packages is not writeable
Requirement already satisfied: scipy in /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages (1.8.0)

After scipy was upgraded no more warnings would show.
