New Note Default - Title Format - "Current Date and Time" - differs on iOS and Windows 11 PC #4053

Describe the bug
There is a setting that defines the title format for a new note. One of the choices is called "Current Date and Time". The choice can be found on both SN apps on iOS and Windows 11.
However, the format that "Current Date and Time" names the note is inconsistent across platforms:
On iOS I get: Sunday, Dec 21, 2025 at 9:06 PM
On Windows I get: Sunday 21 Dec 2025 at 18:20
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create new notes on iOS and Windows 11 SN apps using the new note defaults.
- Compare titles on both notes
Expected behavior
Consistent naming formats across platforms.
This can be achieved using 'custom format' with my own specified requirements. But I am expecting the system choice to be consistent too.
