Bug: Black/Blank space at bottom

Describe the bug

On Android with both app and in browser, when you scroll to bottom you end up with a blank/black space like shown in screenshot. This happen with both super note and plain text.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any note or make new note
2. Scroll to bottom and you can then continue scrolling and get said blank space

Expected behavior
That you can't continue scrolling when at bottom

I'm having the same issue as the OP on Android. It's been going on for months now. I've tried clearing the cache and uninstalling/reinstalling.

Description:

When the keyboard is active, when scrolling down, rather than stopping at the end of the note the formatting toolbar breaks away from the top of the keyboard and a large blank dead space is created. Alternatively, when the keyboard is active, if you tap and hold a drag handle and attempt to drag upward, the formatting toolbar immediately breaks away from the top of the keyboard whether or not you are at the end of the note.

Effect:

This bug effectively allows you to scroll past the bottom of a note and reduces the reading widow. Furthermore, it effectively renders the drag handles useless when reordering upward because, rather than the selected line moving upward, the whole note slides upward when the formatting bar breaks away.
