Update Electron to not cause issues on MacOS Tahoe

Describe the bug
The new MacOS Tahoe version seem to have issues with older electron versions causing major system lags (see https://gist.github.com/tkafka/e3eb63a5ec448e9be6701bfd1f1b1e58 for more info). Currently it seems like even the latest Standard Notes Mac App is still affected by this.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Version
2. Run one of the many check scripts

Expected behavior
Electron should be updated to a version that will not be affected by this bug.

I understand there are many bug reports here but this seem kinda critical if it will make the app unusable on the latest MacOS Version? Are there any plans to get some eyes on this?
