Self-compiled firmware generates no clock signal

Hi,

I compiled the firmware and it doesn't even generate the clock signal on the link cable?
Does it need a specific version of the pico sdk?
Is the source the same as the prebuilt firmware?

It looks like the binary was compiled with 1.0.1 of the SDK, I tried, still no communication on the link port.
