[Task] Support running vMCP

As a User, I want to combine tools from multiple servers into a virtual MCP, so that I can create custom workflows without switching contexts.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Can select tools from any authorized server
• Automatic conflict detection and resolution
• Surface workflow builder
• Can share vMCP with team members
• Appears as first-class catalog entry

We should differentiate them and properly handle it in the list and detail page
