Fixes existing ansible.cfg, replaces deprecated callback_whitelist with callbacks_enabled

Also adds yaml stdout callback and pipelining.

There is a degree of risk with pipelining, but we can remove it if it causes problems

Summary of Changes

Hello @Alex-Welsh, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request focuses on refining the Ansible configuration to enhance both its functionality and performance. It addresses a deprecation by updating the callback mechanism, improves the clarity of playbook output by switching to a YAML format, and introduces pipelining to potentially accelerate execution times, with a noted awareness of its associated risks.

Highlights

  • Configuration Update: The ansible.cfg file has been updated to replace the deprecated callback_whitelist with the modern callbacks_enabled directive for managing Ansible callback plugins.
  • Improved Output: The community.general.yaml stdout callback has been enabled, which will present Ansible playbook output in a more readable YAML format.
  • Performance Enhancement: Pipelining has been enabled in the Ansible configuration, a feature that can improve execution speed by reducing the number of SSH connections required for module execution.

Code Review

This pull request updates the ansible.cfg file to use more modern and useful settings. It correctly replaces the deprecated callback_whitelist with callbacks_enabled to keep the task timing functionality. The additions of the yaml stdout callback and pipelining are good improvements for readability and performance, respectively. I've added one suggestion to re-introduce concise comments to explain the configuration, which improves maintainability.
