Adds support for GRES definitions of the form
<name>:<type>:<number>, primarily to support GPU integration. This is slightly restricted compared to the full format:<name>[:<type>][:no_consume]:<number>[K|M|G].Note OpenHPC's slurm is not built against the nvidia management libraries, hence auto configuration does not work.
