slurm.conf incorrect if only one compute node

templating produces this if a group only has 1x compute node:

Can be fixed with

NodeName={{group.cluster_name|default(openhpc_cluster_name)}}-{{group.name}}-0 \

group.min_nodes should be group.num_nodes for master branch in the above

Also needs partition fixing - note I think this is broken in the vss branch!
