Build quazip with a specific version of zlib #222
Description
It would be good to support a specific version of zlib. If a Linux user installs zlib using apt-get that could cause a different version of zlib to be installed, causing errors that may not be easily identifiable. Similarly, problems could arise from just installing any version of zlib for Windows users.
