This way as other tests cases are added the existing tests will expand coverage.
The single-item-stac schema is still broken, so it is the exception.
This is being done directly against the JSON from pystac.serialization.common_properties, and this code was duplicating that effort.

It's not super clear if "dtr" or "datetime-range" belongs in the "stac_extensions" list for the item; however, the example for the 0.8.1 STAC spec has it with "datetime-range". This fixed the examples info so that the proper stac extension name is matched against.
Fixed issue with datetime-range extension name in test, style fix.
Update changelog and version for 0.3.3 release
