Fix bug that caused get_children to miss some links.
add timestamps extension
Allow for the STACValidationError to display the HREF of the object being validated, so that the user can know what exactly threw the error. This is useful in a full validation of a catalog.
This method allows for the recursive validation of STACs across different STAC versions.
Add validation for an entire catalog
Test small parts on identify.py
Update CHANGELOG and version for 0.5.2
