fix(release): install linux computer-use deps

Summary

• install Linux AT-SPI/GI dependencies in the release build job before pnpm build:release
• fixes RC Linux release builds failing during verify:computer-native when importing native/computer-use-linux/runtime.py

Test plan

• inspected failed job logs for run 25700988753 / job 75460909603
• workflow-only change; not waiting for CI per request
