feat: trusted CA

Due to the stable.dev scaling architecture, all containers need to forward traffic from gateway.discord.gg to an internal URL. This also means we need to inject a trusted CA certificate to the container, which is the harder part while ensuring compatability. The host override can just be done via /etc/hosts.

Apparently docker has a better way to do the host overrides, which does not require any changes to the dockerfile!
