Summary

Users should be able to choose a language for localized text. When a context has session and user, the user's language should be preferred over the bot's default language.

Scope

  • migration

    • time zone
  • helpers
    • user language or bot language
  • update locale
    • set date
    • set lang
    • set time
    • set timezone

Use Case

Large servers with different languages, admin/power users with verbose locale, joke locales (pirate, robot, etc).
