Installing flask-sqlalchemy-stubs forces mypy downgrade from 0.930 to 0.790

Currently installing this package requires mypy dependency mypy<0.791 and >=0.790. Is it possible to expand that to newer releases of mypy?

The latest sqlalchemy and sqlalchemy-stubs depend on >=0.910. Could you please update the poetry project. Thanks.

Sorry, I have been not using flask for a long time. But I will spend some time next week for this repo. Thank you for using it and PRs are welcome.
