Changing module variations on existing projects can cause crash after build.

Process to recreate described in July 18, 2022 user assessment:

Then, from the opened “Example_prj_CRHM_GUI_build_saved.prj” file, I clicked
“Build/Construct” and changed module variation for module pbsmSnobal, evap_Resist and
tsurface. After that, I clicked “Build” button and clicked “No” option in two popup window
“Module not used! Remove Module?” suggesting removing ‘Precip_Elevation_Adjust’ Macro
and ‘walmsley_wind’ module, CRHM_GUI just crashed. Normally, CRHM_GUI should have
finished build and returned to main Dialog window to let user save prj file.
