Allow using watch with cli-provided paths

I use squint in a multitude of contexts targeting different JS tools. For ad-hoc scripting usage it would be great to be able to provide a :paths-like option to squint's watch command via plain CLI options.

Add a --path option to squint watch that can be used multiple times to add multiple paths. Provided paths will be added to whatever is already present in squint.edn

This is currently not documented, but works:

$ npx squint watch --paths my-src1 --paths my-src2
[squint] Watching paths: src, my-src2

--paths completely overrides any :paths specified in squint.edn.

If all goes well it will be explicitly supported/documented by #700

Good question. If it merged, there would be no way to completely override on cmd line.

Unless we introduce some new syntax/options, but that might get complex.

Let's keep it this way then. I remember fixing this when someone asked on Slack. Perhaps I just forgot to close this issue.
