Inside the base64 string is {"message_id":"5","campaign_id":"13","contact_id":"5","email":"2@2.com","guid":"oswuqb-vrjudo-pdfzqg-suawfn-fbolsa","list_ids":"","action":"unsubscribe"}

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to tell it inside the base64 string i want to inject in to the list_ids
