[Thought] Minimum height for pages

Just a suggestion, but could there be a minimum height for pages?
At the mo, we have:

The footer is merging quite tight into the header. It would be 'clearer' if there was a gap, a bit like on GitHub if you go to a wrong page:

Feel free to rework it completely. I just threw it together as I wanted something better than "splat line of error text to screen". So added header and footer to said splat. 😉
