Description
At some point we'll probably want to implement stats/download counters for databases, and make them available to logged in users for their own databases. via webUI, API, and maybe the DB4S end point too (?).
They would probably also be useful (if not outright needed) for keeping the infrastructure running decently. eg for spreading server load, etc.
