CTE doesn't get recognized by sqlc in insert statement.

Also encountering this bug - I resolved it (poorly) by changing the CTE name to a table that already exists in my schema that I'm not using in that query and it works on mySQL but isn't a great solution at all and probably will break something.

Any updates on this would be much appreciated!
