I want to not cache swagger-initializer.js

Even if I change swagger-ui settings, swagger-initializer.js is cached, so everyone has to refresh the cache.

I want to not cache swagger-initializer.js

It seems that swaggerapi/swagger-ui images in docker do not cache swagger-initializer.js.
