Cursor not restored in tmux

If shell is hiding cursor(i.e. in flow components) it's not coming back. This looks to be somewhat related to tmux as someone pointed out in SO.

This logic is somewhat controlled by magic happening in jline so need to look what we can do there.

tmux/tmux#429 need to check if jline needs a fix or we should move to cnorm.

tmux asks "really visible" which doesn't actually mean cursor is visible, crazy.
