Build sample with musl on linux

Make it optional in build to use musl(as it needs tools support on OS level and jdk from graal team due to static libs in jdk), aka what's in https://www.graalvm.org/22.0/reference-manual/native-image/StaticImages/.

Change e2e tests on all platform(supported by gh public runners) so that compilation is done in newest supported OS and tested on all available OS's. That way we see how well musl works on linux and we see how macos/win work when compiled on one and run on other.
