Description
To prepare future spring-shell-test and build system to have optional dependencies, make assertj optional in spring-shell-core-test-support. Copy gradle features from boot as is which makes deps optional within gradle but doesn't add those into published maven poms(boot/framework don't no longer add optional tag).
