Rework table module

Current table module has may issues and doesn't work with styling, etc. We should go through and rewrite it to have more friendly user experience.

I'm sort of an intermediate java programmer with lots of experience from way back and then a big gap for basically about 15 years. I've come back to it with zeal, and I've been working on a personal project using Spring Shell to control javax.sound.midi. I'm very interested in using Ansi text and color or unicode or some combination, and being able to customize spring tables a little more. I would love to do just about anything to help with this particular task. Probably not up to architecting a rewrite, skill-wise, but I'd be glad to perform more menial task, including testing and documentation or whatever would be helpful. Is there any activity expected on this issue in the near future?
