Option with @ShellOption not marked as required

If @ShellOption don't define default values it should be required. Behaviour in this legacy annotation is that if ShellOption.NULL used then value is passed in as null and otherwise we should get parsing error which allows shell to notify that option has to be set.

And of course this fix broke optional value with annotation.
