Update getting started guide with new annotations

The [getting started guide](https://docs.spring.io/spring-shell/reference/getting-started.html) uses the legacy annotations (`@ShellComponent` and `@ShellMethod`). It should be updated to use the [new annotations](https://docs.spring.io/spring-shell/reference/commands/registration/annotation.html) instead.
