Add remaining methods from ExpressionUrlAuthorizationConfigurer to AuthorizeHttpRequestsConfigurer

• Add rememberMe to AuthorizeHttpRequestsConfigurer
• Add fullyAuthenticated to AuthorizeHttpRequestsConfigurer
• Add anonymous to AuthorizeHttpRequestsConfigurer
• Add permitAll to AuthorizeHttpRequestsConfigurer
• Add denyAll to AuthorizeHttpRequestsConfigurer

Note that each of these may require some enhancement to AuthenticatedAuthorizationManager or AuthorityAuthorizationManager
