Mismatch in Mapping

When you visit "/owners" you get a list of all owners.
Each owner is a link to its detail page e.g., "owners/1".

When you visit "/owners/" (mind the trailing slash) you get the same list.
Each owner, however, has the wrong link to its detail page i.e., "owners/owners/1".
