Provide an example output in the affordances section

Section 3.3 Affordances is unclear, it explains how to to implement affordances but not what an affordance is. Suggest you add example output Json that is returned from the findOne method in example 13. That will make the text clearer much clearer.

We captured that sort of detail in the blog post that announced things, but NOT having it in the references docs is a travesty.

The sample apps are really good, they have super nice readme files. I wish they were part of of the main docs.
