Improve documentation advising against use of HandlerInterceptor for security

#31185 updated the WebMvc config section, but there is room for improvement. It could be added under [Interception](https://docs.spring.io/spring-framework/reference/web/webmvc/mvc-servlet/handlermapping-interceptor.html), and to the Javadoc to make it more prominent.
