Document functional bean registration in the reference manual

We currently not have any documentation on functional bean registration in the reference manual, so let's add that in 5.3 (potentially backporting to 5.2) along with some Java/Kotlin examples.

Just noticed that #19615 goes into the same territory... let's see what we can do for 5.3 here still.
