Since Kotlin 1.3 went GA shortly after Spring Framework 5.1, let's upgrade our build to Kotlin 1.3 as of Spring Framework 5.2.

I'm upgrading to Kotlin 1.3.20 along with Hibernate ORM 5.4.1, raising the Kotlin language level to 1.2 (since language level 1.1 is deprecated in the meantime).
