Let netty webclient optionally follow redirects [SPR-16277]

The Reactive Webclient does not follow redirects. According to the comments on #20333

WebClient does not follow Location headers (yet). This might be a customisable feature we add it the future.

I've created a request to have this in Reactor Netty reactor/reactor-netty#235. If it is provided there, it would not be needed here.

Scheduling tentatively for 5.0.3. This now exposed in Rector Netty 0.8, so if the upgrade goes as planned this should be straight forward.

This was superceded by the fix on the Reactor Netty side. Thanks for the PR and suggestion!
