Backport @Indexed to the 4.3.x line [SPR-14710]

Spring portfolio projects should flag their annotations and/or interfaces of interest with @Indexed (see #16509). To facilitate the integration, this annotation should be available in the 4.x line so that it can be added right the way.

It turns out that only projects which declare non-@Component stereotypes really matter. Since we got Spring Data Kay building against Spring Framework 5.0 already, there doesn't seem to be a stakeholder wanting to build against @Indexed in 4.3 at this point. And since Spring Boot 2.0 will build against Spring Framework 5.1 in late 2017, upcoming projects have @Indexed to build against in 5.0 in the meantime.
