Update JmsMessagingTemplate to support MessageRequestReplyOperations [SPR-12037]

MessageRequestReplyOperations is an optional interface that a messaging template can implement to support synchronous request-reply operations.

Let's review JmsMessagingTemplate and implement that interface as well to provide a full support of the messaging abstraction.

This is now implemented in master and will be available in a 4.1.0.BUILD-SNAPSHOT in a couple of hours. It turns out that implementing this actually fixes #8017 as JmsMessagingTemplate delegates everything behind the scenes to JmsTemplate.
