Update documentation examples for scheduling to use SimpleTriggerFactoryBean instead of SimpleTriggerBean [SPR-10209]

SimpleTriggerBean is deprecated and it's javadoc says org.springframework.scheduling.quartz.SimpleTriggerFactoryBean should be used instead, however documentation example still uses it. It is confusing as SimpleTriggerBean does not work with Quartz 2.1+ (see #14410)
