Use Spring Data MongoDB for MongoDB driver version management

Spring Data MongoDB and Spring Data REST's MongoDB tests need to use the same driver version. That hasn't always been the case and now we want to manage the driver dependency via spring-data-mongodb-parent as it imports MongoDB's driver bom.
