Redis Geo tests fail on TravisCI

Redis Geo tests fail on Redis because TravisCI provides an old Redis version (2.8.19). Upgrading Redis from `ppa:rwky/redis` only upgrades to Redis 3.0.6, additionally this ppa repository is no longer maintained. The superseding repository `ppa:chris-lea/redis-server` is incompatible which prevents installing a newer Redis version.
