This change adds support for including/excluding project dependencies in multi-project builds in custom layers in the layered jar built by the
bootJartask. Project dependencies can now be included/excluded from custom layers defined inlayeredDSLintoLayerclosures by usinggroup:artifact[:version]patterns.
